SHIPPING TROPHIES

WITHIN THE

CONTINENTAL USA

Trophies being shipped must be properly preserved. We recommend wrapping the salted hide in burlap or cloth. Any moisture trapped in a plastic bag may cause irreparable hair slippage or rotting of the hide. Please reference the Field Care Guide for additional information.

All fresh skins, fish and birds* must be shipped frozen in triple plastic bags to prevent leakage while in transit. If possible, please line the shipping box with insulation. Standard home insulation found at a local building supply retailer works great. Items must be shipped to our studio on Mondays or Tuesdays only, and depending on the season, should be overnighted. In some cases, second-day arrival is acceptable. Please contact David Carroll prior to shipping to make arrangements.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Hunter's Full Name

  • Complete Mailing Address

  • Daytime Telephone Number

  • Fax Number, if applicable

  • Email Address

  • Hunting License Number and State Issued

  • Attach applicable tag - such as CITES tag or state seal.

Ensure that your package is carefully addressed, with your name and return address clearly visible on the outside. If contents are perishable or require immediate attention upon arrival, please mark the package accordingly.
